When I first realized I would be checking into the 25hours Hotel, (The Goldman) during my first couple of days in Germany I was elated.

The Goldman is a boutique-style hotel located in the Hanauer Landstraße area which is best described as the creative, hipster side of town in the east of the city. With a decor that sets it apart from the rest — it is a touch of modern architecture with a deep sense of character and style.

Though, located in the east part of the city, getting to the city center is relatively easy with a 7- minute train ride to the city center.

Surrounded by hipster-looking cafes, restaurants, the Goldman is perfectly suited for travellers who are looking to have somewhat a relaxed stay in the city.

Checking In: 25hours Hotel, The Goldman Frankfurt

The 25- Hours Hotel, The Goodman is located in the theLandstraße district; which is the newer hipster part of town. It is approximately 7 minutes by train to the very city center. With the availability of trendy cafes and restaurants, finding dining options are easy. If you are looking to explore Frankfurt, the best way to go about the city is by bike rides.

From The Goldman, the city center can be accessed by the autobahn metro station( Line U6) which is located about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The autobahn station is only 5-minutes walk away

Upon checking in, you’ll realize how quirky and cool the set up is. From the rooms to the common spaces; the element of the decor is well appointed, uniquely designed and with a hint of modern style.

The ambiance is somewhat dark and intimate with low key dramatic lighting throughout the entire property. However, the rooms are quirky with a fun atmosphere.

Inside the Rooms: The Rooms are Colour-Block Themed

Each room has a theme and colour scheme. I spent my first couple of nights here in a totally read color-themed room with a touch of vintage feel. It was the ultimate quirky yet cool staycation in Frankfurt.

The rooms are fully stocked with everything you need. Rooms are equipped with a funky Bluetooth speaker, flatscreen tv, a stocked mini bar. Furthermore, upon checking in, you get the opportunity to also use a Mini Cooper free of charge. Say what now?!

The Dining Experience

The ground floor dining area where breakfast is served is themed in a dark purple haze and accented with an old gold colour palette.  Breakfast is served from 6:30 in the morning, where a wide variety is available on a self-service basis.

In addition, the restaurant is also open for lunch but closed on Sundays. It is also open to the public during the week.
